Shipping
Every My Dibs piece is made to order and sent with care. As pieces and destinations vary, shipping is arranged individually for each order, and the details below explain how we work.
1. Where we ship
We ship across India and internationally. Delivery to most locations can be arranged; if there is any restriction to your destination, we will tell you at the time of enquiry.
2. Made to order
As pieces are handcrafted to order, dispatch timelines depend on the piece and the work involved. We share an expected timeline for your specific piece when your order is confirmed, and keep you updated as it progresses.
3. Secure, insured delivery
Because our pieces are valuable, they are sent by insured courier, suitably packed for safe transit. Your piece is protected in transit until it reaches you.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping is charged per order, depending on the value, size, and destination of the piece. The charge is confirmed with you before dispatch, and there are no hidden costs.
5. Tracking
Tracking details can be shared on request once your piece has been dispatched. Just ask and we will send them to you.
6. International orders: customs and duties
For international deliveries, any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by the destination country are handled as agreed for that order. We will discuss and clarify this with you before dispatch so there are no surprises.
7. Receiving your piece
We recommend checking your piece on delivery. If anything appears amiss on arrival, contact us promptly and we will help (see also our Returns & Care page).
